A documentary that follows the the queer paradise that is the Fire Island Pines, one of the world’s only “homo-normative” communities. Beginning with a brief introduction of how the island has transformed over the years via home video footage and archived clips, the film aims to capture the beauty of queer resilience and the arduous path towards the gay valhalla it is today.
