This movie wasn't bad, it has a lot of action and bullets flying. The storyline is really good but could have been tweaked to better fit standard ops, the police procedures and SWAT response was all wrong. I like the premise though and the attempted realizism of justifying the skill set of the would be bank robbers.
I believe with tweaking the storyline and majorly improving the acting abilities of the characters this movie would be a lot better.
If your looking for another Nick Cage blockbuster hit then this movie isn't for you, but if you want to see a lot of bullets fly and not hit anything and some crap blow up then go ahead and watch it!!

Cage has had his best years and is now doing knock offs of Hollywood police movies. The city felt like a Warner Brothers movie studios lot and when saw the Russian helicopter I knew this was the wordt try of a mediocre movie. I rented it but should have checked IMDB FIRST.And the line up should have warned me as well.

In this movie (which I know is fictional) cops seem so incompetent/ can't shoot!!! It was so unrealistic I was actually hurting an stoped watching! NO NO NO..If the movie is lacking in substance don't just fill it with mindless shoothing (where every one misses)....just don't make it! And a 1 star is to much..
