Prescott Thomas, the son of a renowned state congressman, is sent to the family cabin by his father as punishment for his online antics. He then meets Everett Boone, a down-on-his-luck moonshiner, where the two form an unlikely relationship, all while they are preyed on from afar by an enigmatic woodland wild man.
