At the brink of the end of the world, Adam, a family man, vows to make sure his wife, Sarah, and deaf son, Liam, have one final ‘normal’ evening. Unsure of what to do, and how to act, the loving husband and wife debate on how much to tell their son, and a difference of opinion bubbles to the surface. All Liam wants to do is understand and be told what’s happening. Adam, heartbroken he cannot protect his family, reminisces on the lead up to the present day. The parents do everything they can to make Liam feel safe, right up until his final moment.
