The Legend of The Ten Rings made more than $260 million at the global box office in its first 10 days, making liu Simu, a little-known Chinese actor, popular. He recently sat down with GQ magazine to talk about his "top 10 personal things" and what he carries with him when he travels, including snacks, basketballs, watches and game controllers.
Liu simu, who immigrated to Canada from Harbin, China, at the age of five, has brought many Chinese habits with her. Her favorite snacks include White Rabbit creamy candy, Wangwang fairy shell, snow cake, pearl milk tea and shrimp flakes. Liu joked that he was eating shrimp chips when Marvel CEO Kevin Feige called to let him know he had been selected.
At the end of the interview, Liu also mentioned that he and his friends are writing a biography of himself, We Are Dreamers, about his journey from Harbin to Canada and Hollywood, which will be published in May 2022.
